EULA - End User License Agreement

SeekFast End-User License Agreement

Please read the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before continuing with this installation. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install and/or use this software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software product, you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this EULA.

1. GENERAL
Slaviana Soft Ltd. ("Slaviana Soft") agrees to provide the user ("User") with a copy of this software product - SeekFast ("Software"), and grants the User a limited license to use the Software. This EULA defines what the User may do with the Software, and contains limitations on warranties, liabilities and remedies. This EULA may be revoked by Slaviana Soft at any time without notice if the User fails to comply with the terms of this EULA. The copyright and all other rights in the Software shall remain with Slaviana Soft.

2. OWNERSHIP
The Software is owned and copyrighted by Slaviana Soft. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the Software.

3. SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT
The Software and all rights, without limitation including proprietary rights therein, are owned by Slaviana Soft and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Slaviana Soft and you will not acquire any rights to the Software except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the Software will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the Software.

4. TERM OF EULA
This EULA shall continue for as long as the User uses the Software according to the terms of this EULA. However, this EULA will terminate if the User fails to comply with any of its terms or conditions. The User agrees, upon termination, to destroy all copies of the Software. The limitations of warranties and liability set forth in this EULA shall continue in force even after termination.

5. EULA OF FREE SOFTWARE
A Free version of the Software may be used by the User for any legal purposes for an unlimited period of time. The Free version may be freely copied and distributed to other users. The Free version has restrictions that are described on seekfast.org website.

6. EULA OF PERSONAL LICENSE
A Personal license of the Software allows the User to use the Software only on 3 (three) personal computers and only by a single user at a time. To activate the License on each computer, the computer must be connected to the Internet. If the User wishes to use the Software on more than 3 personal computers or more than one user, the User will need additional licenses or a Corporate license.

7. EULA OF CORPORATE LICENSE
A Corporate license of the Software allows the User to use the Software on 20 (twenty) computers by unlimited number of users. To activate the License on each computer, the computer must be connected to the Internet. If the User wishes to use the Software on more than 20 computers, the User will need additional licenses.

8. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
The User may not rent, lease, sublicense, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, or de-compile the Software, or modify or merge the Software with any part of the software in another program. This EULA may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without the prior written consent of Slaviana Soft.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The software and the accompanying files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slaviana Soft disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and no infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Slaviana Soft be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software. Any liability of Slaviana Soft will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of original purchase price.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use SeekFast.

We only collect information from you when you purchase SeekFast. Personally identifiable information may include:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

We may use your personal data only for the following purposes:
- To process your purchase and send you License keys that you purchased
- To manage your support requests regarding your usage of the application.

While using SeekFast we do not collect any information.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal data.

We implement a variety of security measures (like database encryption and SSL) to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee you can exercise your rights under the GDPR.

You have the right under this Privacy Policy and by law if you are within the EU, to:
- Request access to your personal data. You have the right to access, update or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, contact us to update or request deletion of your personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data. You have the right to ask us to delete or remove personal data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.
- Withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent on using your personal data.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting us. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. If you make a request, we will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

11. ENTIRE EULA
This EULA is the entire agreement between Slaviana Soft and the User, and supersedes any other agreement, oral or written, and may not be changed except by a written signed agreement.
